I was almost to lose my eyeballs 
upon hearing the news that Influenza A is attacking the Philippines. Of course, I've been in the airport before came back from my hometown and everybody were on panic. Just a piece of advice to secure youself:
- Observe proper hygiene. Take a hower everyday. Brush your teeth. 
- Have a balance diet. Eat green leafy vegetables. Where's you 3G fella? 
I mean your Go, Glow and Grow foods.
- Exercise your muscles and bones. Fifteen or thirty minutes will do.Take the stairs instead of elevator.
- Take your vitamins if any. Drink some food supplements to boast your immune system.
It just a basics fella how to prepare yourself from killing disease 
. But what I do (a)Cover your mouth and nose when your out from your home.Bring your handkerchief or mask if possible.(b) Avoid having open contact especially foreigners or people came from abroad. They might dangerous.
Well, so far that's what I do. You take of your self. Hey, don't hold the railings in the public places.
